What are some of the other lifestyle changes you made to help you thrive?
Keeping all off plan food out of my house. Eating potatoes to fill me up. Meeting others in my Sacramento Vegan Society meetup who have similar lifestyle goals. Participating in Animal Rights Protest to educate the public about the animal suffering who are used for food, clothing, entertainment and experimention.
Where do you think you would be now if you hadn’t switched to vegan or WFPB lifestyle?
I would. have died 36 years ago.
What inspired you to make a change?
My then neighbor who told me a about getting well with Dr. John Mcdougall. She also told me what happened to dairy cows and their babies.
