Earth Gut: The Story of Peace, Love, and Microbes Tami Hay of a Million Vegan Grandmothers and Climate Healers explains the connection with the earth and our gut, and peace and our gut, and love microbes and our gut in this return appearance. Tami earned a master’s degree in live food vegan nutrition and has since studied with some of the world’s best integrative MDs. She now teaches others the wisdom of food as medicine. She has spent three decades eating organic and has recovered from severe illness with Crohn’s and colitis. Tami loves long barefoot walks in the woods and cold plunges. She lives with her dog, Omni, and also shares her log country home near Edmonton, AB with her partner, Paul, and many friends, family, grandchildren, retreat participants, yogis, foodies, and plants and sprouts.
