Playlist:

Do you hesitate to bring up the topic of a healthy plant-based lifestyle with others in your circles or community? Chances are, you do. You’ve experienced rejection or negative reactions in the past. You tried to bring up the topic, share reports, infographics, documentaries – yet it seems to fall on deaf ears. Join us in the free event series based on our e-book “Plant-Based for Health – How to inspire loved ones to go plant-based”. Our first event of 4 in the series is – “Readiness Barometer – Consider their Readiness to Change” In this event, we talk about how instead of talking about the elephant in the room we first assess if it’s a good idea to talk about the elephant. Dr. Angela Crawford a professional psychologist and vegan educator, the author of “Plant-Based for Health – How to inspire loved ones to go plant-based” will delve deep into the stages of readiness and what they actually look like. Angela is a licensed psychologist with 24 years of experience, providing psychotherapy to address anxiety, stress, trauma, and medical issues. She has long been interested in holistic approaches to support clients in healing mind, body, and spirit, while living with deep purpose and fulfillment. She is certified as a master vegan lifestyle coach and educator through Main Street Vegan Academy, holds a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at e-Cornell, and is a certified transformational coach. She lives with her husband in Vestal, NY.
