I have been a vegan on and off for 20 years now. I found out the hard way after severe sinus issues and constant sore throats that dairy was the culprit. Also gluten is bad for me. I am sensitive to many foods. I was introduced to the vegan lifestyle by my sister and her daughter who works for dr john mcdougall. I am 70 and have no Heath issues and on no medications. I am thankful I have discovered this lifestyle !
