I was good health for year’s except struggle high cholesterol before and after I became vegan 11 years ago. I of course love whole food plant based preparation at home. My cholesterol level is below 200. I tried below 150 but not yet. I need more physical activity. Because I have osteopenia and osteoporosis. I am 67 woman 5 ft. Height loss 1.5 inches.
