I am grateful to share that I became vegan over 35 years ago. I first fell in love with the concept of Ahimsa which means non-violence on deep levels. I was then drawn to learning how to eat healthy and inspired to become vegan. Living a vegan lifestyle has been an ongoing gift in my life psychically, emotionally and spiritually. With having an integrative practice in psychology and nutrition it is a joy to help and support others. As I began this journey long ago my passion grew to share and impart to others how essential it is to connect to greater self care, self respect, self honor as part of learning to live vital, inspiring, meaningful lives. I truly feel living a plant based life is a wholistic process and involves all aspects of our wellness. A message I would like to share is that Healing is Possible, as we open new doors within. It is beautiful and inspiring to see the extensive growth of WFPB community.
