Someone said to me “If you would change your diet if you were sick, why wouldn’t you change your diet to stay well?” I had changed my diet when I had cancer 30 years ago and had slipped back into old habits, Once I had that reminder, I went vegan overnight! My acid reflux/GERD and bloating/gas are both gone after 2 years of PPI meds! My weight dropped 25 lbs! I have energy, sleep well, and have reduced anxiety! Moving now toward Whole Foods plant based.
