I have been vegan since 2017, and I went on a whole foods diet in Dec 2021 since I have lost twenty pounds in less than three months, stopped needing sleeping pills, and no longer experience depression or anxiety, which were problems before. I also feel the same energy level that I had in my twenties now, just a few months into this. Eating healthy makes all of the difference in the world.
