I was able to reverse my chronic symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. While there are still foods that can be difficult to tolerate in large quantities, the whole food plant-based diet has, for the most part, restored my gut health while helping me lose weight and lower my cholesterol. My LDL was 34mg/dL at first measure and 46mg/dL two years later. I maintain great energy and love the diversity of whole plant foods.
