What inspired you to make a change?
Years before my strokes, I had read " "Diet For a New America" by John Robbins and " How to Reverse heart disease by Dr. Dean Ornish, and made changes which vastly improved my heath, so in the months after my strokes I began rememembering how good I had felt. Then I remembered as a eight year old boy, a wonder family minister told my sister and I the Bible story of Daniel obeying God's orders to eat only vegatables and pulses and how he out performed the king's men as a result.
