I am not ashamed to say that I went vegan for health reasons. All I wanted was to look and feel healthier. I was tired of all the reoccurring rashes and breathing problems I use to have. I wanted to be happy in my skin again because my skin was damaged from all the rashes and its scars.

My damaged skin brought me so much depression, that desperation turned me into a vegan overnight, after reading a post on Facebook on April 1st, 2018, “that anyone can cure their health issues just by adopting a whole food plant-based lifestyle”. This gave me hope, and I decided to give it a try, and ever since then, I have never looked back.

My skin cleared up in few months, and the breathing problem I use to have vanished. I’ve been living my best life ever since.

I became more passionate about animals and the environment after watching cowspiracy, and since then I’ve hated animal cruelty. Veganism gave me a purpose for living and it birthed my Writing, and Vegan-Health Consultancy Career. Now I create vegan recipes for my clients, I also write about health, nutrition, and all things veganism.

I LOVE THIS LIFE!!
