I was vegetarian for 20 years before I went vegan for ethical reasons. That was 14 years ago now and during that time I have moved to predominantly whole foods. My only regret is not doing it sooner. It’s been so much easier to maintain a healthier weight, my immunity is strong, I sleep well and have more energy. I noticed my skin improved within a couple of weeks too. There are not only the physical benefits but also knowing that what you’re eating is in alignment with your beliefs. It brings me an inner peace. I feel so passionate about it I now dedicate my time to helping others achieve better health through plant foods. I love to show people it doesn’t have to be time-consuming, complicated or expensive.
