When I first became vegan my cholesterol was over 200, and the bad and good cholesterol were not at the proper levels. Now my cholesterol is 152 and bad and good are under and over at the perfect levels. First time in my long life this has happened. I’ve been vegan almost 6 years now and I weigh less now than when I was in high school and my body feels perfect! I highly recommend everyone go vegan…..to save your health, your mind, all sentient beings, and our beautiful planet!!
